Here's our answer for you.
Where Is Myeong-O? Is He Still Alive?
Son Myeong-O (played by Kim Gun-Woo) is part of the group that bullied Moon Dong-Eun (played by Song Hye Kyo) when they were still in school.
As an adult, he grew up to be the driver/errand boy of Jae-Jun (played by Park Sung-Hoon). He also ran errands for the rest of the group, particularly Lee Sa-Ra (played by Kim Hieora), who asked him to buy drugs for her.
Although Jae-Jun was his boss, Myeong-O thought of himself as Jae-Jun's best friend. He was also in love with Choi Hye-Jeong (played by Cha Joo-Young), who was one of Jae-Jun's side chicks.
Because of the things he does for his "friends," he knows all their secrets-- even the ones they keep from each other. So when he suddenly disappears midway in the first part of The Glory, many couldn't help but wonder if Myeong-O is still alive.
The first part of the show showed Myeong-O siding with Dong-Eun and planning to run away to Russia so he could escape being implicated in the murder of Yoon So-Hee (played by Lee So-E).
Before he could leave, however, he tried to blackmail his friends into giving him some information that he could give Dong-Eun. He also tried to blackmail Park Yeon-Jin (played by Lim Ji-Yeon) and that's where things go wrong.
Who Killed Myeong-O?
Before the first part of The Glory ended, it left a huge cliffhanger: where is Myeong-O and is he still alive? His friends discovered that he never left the country despite inviting Hye-Jeong to go with him to Russia. This left a huge question on the show that fans were too eager to find out. Is Myeong-O still alive? Who had him killed?
Police started to look for Myeong-O, after Hye-Jeong called in his disappearance (upon Dong-Eun's orders). The group, along with Dong-Eun, Dr. Joo Yeo-Jeong (played by Lee Do-Hyun), and Ha Do-Young (played by Jung Sung-Il) are immediately placed as suspects.
But now that The Glory 2 has been released, we finally get the answer we're looking for: Myeong-O is dead and was brutally murdered by (surprise, surprise) Yeon-Jin.
In Episode 10, Yeon-Jin gets a procedure done in Yeo-Jeong's clinic. As anesthesia is administered, he counts down as Yeon-Jin starts to lose consciousness.
Mid-way, however, Yeon-Jin is startled to hear the doctor ask her about what she did with Myeong-O. Since Yeo-Jeong is supposed to be an outsider, this completely shocks the weather forecaster. But she loses consciousness and falls to a flashback nightmare.

As it turns out, Yeon-Jin met with Myeong-O in the large fitting room/lounge of Siesta; which is owned by Jae-Jun).
Myeong-O secretly records his conversation with Yeon-Jin but halfway through, Yeon-Jin realizes what he was doing and pours champagne over it.
The two then get into a heated discussion about So-Hee's murder. At first, Yeon-Jin pretends not to know who So-Hee is. But when Myeong-O bluffed about having the evidence in his jean pocket, Yeon-Jin falters. She reaches inside his pocket and pulls something out-- only to discover it was a packet of condom.
Myeong-O laughs and says he was bluffing about the evidence. But he proceeds with his blackmail bargain. Myeong-O asks for a billion won, which Yeon-Jin responds to by hitting him in the head with the bottle of expensive champagne.
She proceeds to hit his head two more times before he crawls up to her and scratches her ankle. Yeon-Jin hears a voice asking her what happened next so she wakes up scrambling to get out of Yeo-Jeong's clinic.
Unfortunately, only Yeon-Jin's infidelity was recorded. The part about So-Hee's murder was not included since Yeon-Jin already discovered Myeong-O was recording their conversation.
Episode 11 starts as a continuation of Yeon-Jin's flashback.
As she realizes what she has done, she wipes her fingerprints from the champagne bottle, changes into a coat, and puts her bloodied clothes in a Siesta paper bag. She scrambles off to leave and gives Myeong-O's body a final glance.
The next scene shows us Yeon-Jin's family's goons taking care of Myeong-O's corpse. They are told to bury it, but corrupt Chief Shin Yeong-Jun (played by Lee Hae-Young) decides to store the body in an abandoned morgue to use as blackmail against her family later. The morgue is bought by Yeo-Jeong and they are able to find Myeong-O's body.
Even though Chief Yeong-Jun's men cleaned off Yeon-Jin's DNA from Myeong-O's fingernails, Yeo-Jeong was able to get some of Yeon-Jin's skin from the original wound inflicted by Myeong-O.
He later plants this on Myeong-O's fingernails before their hired men dump his body in the abandoned building where So-Hee was also found.
Since the lighter found in So-Hee's murder was checked for evidence, the police were able to match the DNA from the two crime scenes.
While they were cleaning, however, a paranoid Yeon-Jin rushes in and finds the police already there. They arrest her on the spot and she gets life imprisonment.
The Plot Twist: Who Really Killed Myeong-O?
In the last episode, Dong-Eun visits Yeon-Jin in prison and teases her about her current condition. She asks Yeon-Jin if there's anything she regrets and smiles as Yeon-Jin starts questioning if there's anything Dong-Eun secretly knows.
It turns out that Dong-Eun really knows who killed Myeong-O. Even though Yeon-Jin maimed Myeong-O, he manages to ask for help from someone in the shop when Yeon-Jin leaves.
This person is none other Kim Gyeong-Ran (played by Ahn So-Yo), Siesta's manager.
Gyeong-Ran was previously a student at Sunghan High School that Yeon-Jin also bullied. Dong-Eun sought help from her at one time but she pretended not to see her for fear that she would be next.
As an adult, she now works at Jae-Jun's store and also sleeps over in the storage room next to the fitting room.
As it turns out, while Yeon-Jin was assaulting Myeong-O, Gyeong-Ran was sleeping in the secret room. She is awakened by a noise so she looks at the security cameras and finds Yeon-Jin leaving.
She then goes out of the secret room via a huge mirror and scrambles to find a bloodied Myeong-O asking for help from her.
Unfortunately, she panics when Myeong-O touches her and hits him on the head with the champagne bottle; giving him the final blow that bursts his skull.
She did this because Myeong-O was also torturing her sexually, physically, and mentally. After the incident, she hides the champagne bottle and no longer sleeps at the store.
Later, she asks for help from Dong-Eun and apologizes for the time she didn't help her when she was being bullied. Dong-Eun reminds her that she did not come to help her. She says:
"I didn't come to help you. Wherever you end up, whatever you do, I never want you to forget this. Listen. I'm no longer standing in that hallway. You don't have to either. Don't stay in that gym for one second more."
Dong-Eun returns the champagne bottle in the crime scene and gives the police a tip. She also sends an anonymous video to Yeon-Jin with a close-up of the champagne bottle sitting in the fitting room.
This is when Yeon-Jin panics and runs to the crime scene, only to discover it full of police doing an investigation.
So the real score is: Gyeong-Ran killed Yeon-Jin. If Yeon-Jin's camp found out about this, they could have used that information and argued that her sentence be attempted murder and assault instead of murder.
Gyeong-Ran could have been convicted of murder and Yeon-Jin could have gotten a lesser sentence. But Dong-Eun made sure Yeon-Jin will be deemed as the killer in this case, especially since she also murdered So-Hee in the past.
